- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 156 Akta Perkhidmatan Kewangan dan Sekuriti Islam Labuan 2010 [Akta 705], Menteri membuat peraturan-peraturan yang berikut: Nama

Pindaan Jadual Ketiga
[P.U. (A) 417/2010] dipinda dalam Jadual Ketiga—
(a)
dengan menggantikan subsubbutiran 5(f)(i) dan (ii) dan butir-butir yang berhubungan dengannya dengan subsubbutiran dan butir-butir yang berikut:

perniagaan takaful am atau perniagaan takaful am semula;
(ii)
perniagaan takaful keluarga atau perniagaan takaful keluarga semula;

dengan menggantikan subbutiran 5(g) dan butir-butir yang berhubungan dengannya dengan subbutiran dan butir-butir yang berikut:

dengan menggantikan subbutiran 5(h) dan butir-butir yang berhubungan dengannya dengan subbutiran dan butir-butir yang berikut:

Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 156 of the Labuan Islamic Financial Services and Securities Act 2010 [Act 705], the Minister makes the following regulations: Citation 1. These regulations may be cited as the Labuan Islamic Financial Services and Securities (Amendment) Regulations 2014. Amendment of Third Schedule 2. The Labuan Islamic Financial Services and Securities Regulations 2010 [P.U. (A) 417/2010] are amended in the Third Schedule—
(a)
by substituting for subsubitems 5(f)(i) and (ii) and the particulars relating to it the following subsubitems and particulars:

by substituting for subitem 5(g) and the particulars relating to it the following subitem and particulars:
