Seksyen 5
(1)
The Minister may make such Orders as he deems necessary or expedient for the purpose of carrying out or giving effect to the provisions of these Regulations.
(2)
An Order made under these} Regulations may provide for admissibility or non-admissibility of| evidence, burden of proof, the inclusion of any evidence as a defence, protection of informers, admissibility of information or statements given by an accused or any other person, or any other matter whatsoever relating to evidence, for ee Epa of any proceedings undey these Regulations or under any
Order.
(3)
An Order may relate to the whole or a part of Malaysia.
