Peraturan-Peraturan Pertubuhan Belia (Pendaftaran) 2007 [P.U. (A) 446/2007]
diketepikan berkenaan dengan mana-mana pertubuhan belia atau pertubuhan belia berdaftar yang memohon bagi pendaftaran sesuatu pertubuhan belia, bagi apa-apa penukaran nama atau tempat urusan atau apa-apa pindaan kaedah-kaedah sesuatu pertubuhan belia berdaftar, atau bagi menubuhkan sesuatu cawangan pertubuhan belia berdaftar, mengikut mana-mana yang berkenaan.

Penepian fi di bawah subperaturan (1) terpakai bagi permohonan yang dibuat mulai 13 Februari 2026 hingga 31 Disember 2027.

YOUTH SOCIETIES (REGISTRATION) (WAIVER OF FEE) REGULATIONS 2026
Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 121(2)(d) of the Youth Societies and Youth Development Act 2007 [Act 668], the Minister makes the following regulations: Citation and commencement 1.

These regulations may be cited as the Youth Societies (Registration)
(Waiver of Fee) Regulations 2026.

The fees prescribed in paragraphs 15(1)(a), (c) and (d) of the Youth
Societies (Registration) Regulations 2007 [P.U. (A) 446/2007] are waived in respect of any youth society or registered youth society who applies for the registration of a youth society, for any change of name or place of business or any amendment of the rules of a registered youth society, or for the establishment of a branch of a registered youth society, as the case may be.

The waiver of fee under subregulation (1) is applicable to the application made from 13 February 2026 to 31 December 2027.
