Seksyen 27A
(2)
All application under subregulation (1) shall be evaluated by the Medical Education Committee for Specialist Medical Qualifications and the Committee shall make recommendations to the Council.
(3)
After considering the recommendations made by the Medical
Education Committee for Specialist Medical Qualifications for an application made under subregulation (1), the Council may approve the application subject to any condition as it deems fit, or refuse the application by stating grounds for the refusal in the notification to the applicant which shall be served by the Council.”.
