“Evaluation Committee for Primary Medical Qualifications

Seksyen 23
(1)
There shall be an Evaluation Committee for Primary Medical
Qualifications whose membership, rules and procedure shall be determined by the Council.
(2)
The Evaluation Committee for Primary Medical Qualifications shall make recommendations to the Council for the following application:
(a)
a provisional registration under section 12 of the Act;
(b)
a full registration under section 14 of the Act; or
(c)
a temporary practising certificate under subsection 16(1) of the Act.”.
