Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh peraturan 8 Peraturan-Peraturan Pihak Berkuasa Kemajuan Pekebun Kecil (Skim No. 6) 1981 [P.U. (B) 430/81], saya, Meor Mohd. Zamnis bin Meor Hassan, Pengarah Pihak Berkuasa Kemajuan Pekebun Kecil Perusahaan Getah Negeri dengan ini memberi notis bahawa "Daftar Permohonan-Permohonan untuk Bantuan-Bantuan Tanam Semula Kebun-Kebun Kecil Getah" bagi tahun 2006 adalah dibuka mulai dari 1 Januari 2005 dan ditutup pada 31 Disember 2006.

Seksyen 2

Tiap-tiap permohonan hendaklah dibuat dalam borang yang boleh didapati daripada yang berikut:

(a)

Pejabat RISDA Negeri di Ipoh;

(b)

Pejabat RISDA Daerah di Sitiawan, Taiping, Tapah, Gerik dan Kuala

Kangsar; dan

(c)

daripada Pegawai Luar RISDA.

Mana-mana permohonan yang tidak dibuat dalam borang yang ditetapkan atau yang tidak diterima dalam tempoh yang ditetapkan atau tidak dibuat berkenaan dengan sesuatu kebun kecil yang didaftarkan di bawah peraturan 7 Peraturan-Peraturan Pihak Berkuasa Kemajuan Pekebun Kecil (Skim No. 6) 1981, boleh dikembalikan kepada pemohon-pemohon sebagai permohonan-permohonan yang tidak boleh diterima.

Preamble

In exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 8 of the Rubber Industry Smallholders Development Authority (Scheme No. 6) Regulations 1981 [P.U. (B) 430/81], I, Meor Mohd. Zamnis bin Meor Hassan, Director of the State Rubber Industry Smallholders Development Authority hereby give notice that "The Register of Applications for Grants for the Replanting of Rubber Smallholdings" for the year 2006 shall be opened from 1 January 2005 and shall be closed on 31 December 2006.

Seksyen 2

Every application shall be made in such form obtainable from the following:

(a)

State RISDA office at Ipoh;

(b)

District RISDA office at Sitiawan, Taiping, Tapah, Gerik and Kuala

Kangsar; and

(c)

from RISDA Field Officer.

Seksyen 3

Any application which is not made in the prescribed form or is not received within the prescribed period or is not made in respect of a smallholding registered under paragraph 7 of the Rubber Industry Smallholders Development Authority

(Scheme No. 6) Regulations 1981, may be returned to the applications as an inadmissible application.

RESERVATION OF LANDS FOR A PUBLIC PURPOSE

Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subsekysen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56 tahun 1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri telah merizabkan petak tanah yang terletak di Buntong, Mukim Hulu Kinta, Daerah Kinta yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu, suatu tapak untuk Tokong Agama Buddha dan menetapkan bahawa Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri Perak hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab itu dan bahawa tanah rizab itu hendaklah diselenggarakan oleh orang atau orang-orang yang dilantik dari masa ke semasa oleh Pegawai Daerah Kinta.
