  1. In exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 8 of the Rubber Industry Smallholders Development Authority (Scheme No. 6) Regulations 1981 [P.U.(B) 430/81], I, Haji Mohd Ghazali bin Abd. Majid, Director of the State of Rubber Industry Smallholders Development Authority hereby give notice that the 'Register of Applications for Grants for The Replanting of Rubber Smallholdings' for the year 2010 shall be open from 1 January 2010 and shall be closed on 31 December 2010.

Any application which is not made in the prescribed application forms or is not received within the prescribed period or is not made in respect of a smallholding registered under paragraph 7 of the regulations, may be considered as an inadmissible application.

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberi oleh seksyen 127 dan dibaca bersama seksyen 163 Akta Kerajaan Tempatan 1976 [Akta 171], Majlis Daerah Gerik dengan kelulusan Pihak Berkuasa Negeri mengenakan bagi tahun 2010 kadar tahunan yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual ke atas semua pegangan, dan bangunan yang baginya seksyen 163 terpakai, di kawasan Majlis Daerah Gerik yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual, berkuat kuasa pada 1 Januari 2010.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 127 and read together with section 163 of the Local Government Act 1976 [Act 171], Gerik District Council with the approval of the State Authority imposes for the year 2010 the annual rates specified in the Schedule upon all holding, and buildings to which section 163 applies, within the area of the Gerik District Council as specified in the

Schedule, with effect from 1 January 2010.
