Any application which is not made in the prescribed form or is not received within the prescribed period or is not made in respect of a smallholding registered under paragraph 7 of the Rubber Industry Smallholders Development Authority

(Scheme No. 6) Regulations 1981, may be returned to the applicants as an inadmissible application.
