Preamble
- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 35 Akta Racun 1952 [Akta 366], Menteri membuat peraturan-peraturan yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

Pindaan peraturan 2
Peraturan-Peraturan Racun (Sodium Hidroksida) 1962 [L.N. 145/1962], yang disebut “Peraturan-Peraturan ibu” dalam Peraturan-Peraturan ini, dipinda dalam peraturan 2 dengan menggantikan perkataan “Permit” dengan perkataan “permit”.

Penggantian peraturan 4A
Peraturan-Peraturan ibu dipinda dengan menggantikan peraturan 4A dengan peraturan yang berikut:
“4A. (1) Every application for a permit shall be accompanied by a fee of one hundred ringgit.
(2)
The fee which has been paid under subregulation (1) shall not be refundable.”.

POISONS (SODIUM HYDROXIDE) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2018
Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 35 of the Poisons Act 1952 [Act 366], the Minister makes the following regulations: Citation and commencement
Seksyen 1
(1)
These regulations may be cited as the Poisons (Sodium Hydroxide)
(Amendment) Regulations 2018.
(2)
These Regulations come into operation on 1 January 2019.
Amendment of regulation 2 2.
The Poisons (Sodium Hydroxide) Regulations 1962 [L.N. 145/1962], which are referred to as the “principal Regulations” in these Regulations, are amended in regulation 2 by substituting for the word “Permit” the word “permit”.
Substitution of regulation 4A
Seksyen 3
The principal Regulations are amended by substituting for regulation 4A the following regulation:
“4A. (1) Every application for a permit shall be accompanied by a fee of one hundred ringgit.
(2)
The fee which has been paid under subregulation (1)
shall not be refundable.”.

Amendment of Schedule 4.
The Schedule to the principal Regulations is amended in Form A by deleting the words “Fee $20 paid”.
