PADA menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberi oleh seksyen 50 Akta 21/60. Senjatapi 1960 Menteri membuat peraturan-peraturan yang berikut:

Seksyen 1

Peraturan-peraturan ini bolehlah dinamakan Peraturan-peraturan Nama. Senjatapi (Bayaran) 1977.

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 50 of the Arms Act 1960 21/60. the Minister makes the following regulations:

These regulations may be cited as the Arms (Fees) Regulations Citation. 1977.

The fees specified in the Second Schedule of the Arms Act 1960 Fees.

Licence to possess arms and ammunition:

(a)

For each air-gun, air-pistol, spear-gun, starting-gun and industrial-gun ... ... ... ... $ 20.00

For any smooth bore shotgun—

(i)

for protection of agriculture produce by a cultivator on his own land ... ... ... 20.00

(ii)

for commercial purposes, i.e. for security, self/or property protection, etc. ... ... 50.00
