ARMS ACT 1960
ARMS (AMENDMENT OF SECOND SCHEDULE) REGULATIONS 2019
IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 59 of the Arms Act 1960 [Act 206], the Minister makes the following regulations:
Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
These regulations may be cited as the Arms (Amendment of
Second Schedule) Regulations 2019.
(2)
These Regulations come into operation on 1 December 2019.
Amendment of Second Schedule 2.
The Second Schedule to the Arms Act 1960 is amended by deleting item 17B and the particulars relating to it.
