Subperaturan 9(1) Peraturan-Peraturan Suruhanjaya Koperasi Malaysia
(Kumpulan Wang Likuiditi Pusat) 2010 [P.U. (A) 292/2010] dipinda—
(a)
dengan menggantikan perkataan “Suatu koperasi ditetapkan atau koperasi tidak ditetapkan” dengan perkataan “Suatu koperasi tidak ditetapkan”; dan
(b)
dalam perenggan (a), dengan menggantikan perkataan “koperasi ditetapkan atau koperasi tidak ditetapkan itu, mengikut mana-mana yang berkenaan,” dengan perkataan “koperasi tidak ditetapkan itu”.

Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 42(3) of the Malaysia Co-operative Societies Commission Act 2007 [Act 665], the Commission, with the approval of the Minister, makes the following regulations: Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
These regulations may be cited as the Malaysia Co-operative Societies
Commission (Central Liquidity Fund) (Amendment) Regulations 2014.
(2)
These Regulations come into operation on 1 May 2014.
Amendment of regulation 9 2.
Subregulation 9(1) of the Malaysia Co-operative Societies Commission
(Central Liquidity Fund) Regulations 2010 [P.U. (A) 292/2010] is amended—
(a)
by substituting for the words “A prescribed co-operative society or non-prescribed co-operative society” the words “A non-prescribed co-operative society”; and
(b)
in paragraph (a), by substituting for the words “the prescribed co-operative society or non-prescribed co-operative society, as the case may be,” the words “the non-prescribed co-operative society”.
