  1. PADA menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 13 Ordinan Suruhanjaya Perkhidmatan 1957, Yang di-Pertuan Agong Ord.74/1957. membuat peraturan-peraturan yang berikut:

Jadual kepada Ordinan Suruhanjaya Perkhidmatan 1957 adalah dipinda dengan menggantikan perenggan (A), (B), (C) dan (D) di bawah tajuk "SALARIES AND FIXED ALLOWANCES" dengan perenggan yang berikut:

“(A) PUBLIC SERVICES COMMISSION

Fixed allowance $ 3574.80

Acting Allowance:

In the event of the Deputy Chairman or any member performing the functions of the Chairman or Deputy Chairman during a period exceeding twenty eight days, he shall be entitled to an acting allowance equivalent to the difference between his salary or fixed allowance, as the case may be, and the salary of the position he is acting in.

Members (excluding ex-officio members and members appointed from among serving Judges):

Per month

Fixed allowance $ 3402.00

Members. (excluding ex-officio members and members appointed from among serving Judges):

Per month

Fixed allowance $ 3402.00

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13 of the Service Commissions Ordinance 1957, the Yang di-Pertuan Agong makes the following regulations:

These Regulations may be cited as the Service Commissions (Amendment of Schedule) Regulations 1992.

The Schedule to the Service Commissions Ordinance 1957 is amended by substituting for paragraphs (A), (B), (C) and (D) under the heading "SALARIES AND FIXED ALLOWANCES" with the following paragraphs:

"（A） PUBLIC SERVICES COMMISSION
