LABUAN COMPANIES ACT 1990

LABUAN COMPANIES (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2014

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 146(1) of the Labuan Companies

Act 1990 [Act 441], the Minister, on the recommendation of the Authority, makes the following regulations:

Citation 1.

These regulations may be cited as the Labuan Companies (Amendment)

Regulations 2014.

Amendment of Third Schedule 2.

The Labuan Companies Regulations 2010 [P.U. (A) 414/2010] are amended in the

Third Schedule by inserting after item 67 and the particulars relating to it the following item and particulars:
