Section 30

In the execution of its duty or in the discharge of its functions under section 3, the Perbadanan may make loans, and such loans may be granted subject to such terms and conditions as the Perbadanan may deem fit to impose in particular cases.

The provisions of the Third Schedule shall apply to the loans granted by the Perbadanan under this section.
