Section 37

Notwithstanding anything in any written law, a borrower obtaining a loan from the Corporation under this Ordinance may, with the approval of the Corporation, by instrument in writing create in favour of the Corporation a charge of such movable property belonging to him at the date of the charge as may be specified in the charge, and the First Schedule shall apply to every instrument made pursuant to this section.
