Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by sections 9 (g) and 14 of the Private Employment Agencies Act 1981, the Minister makes the following Order:
Seksyen 1
This Order may be cited as the Private Employment Agencies (Amendment) Order 1981.
Seksyen 2
The Private Employment Agencies Act 1981 is amended by substituting the Schedule with the following:

Fee charged for local placement
Not more than 20% of initial month's pay
Fee charged for overseas placement ... ... ... ...
Not more than 25% of initial month's pay
Provided where employers have already paid the agency for the services rendered, the worker shall not be charged on placement. "
