Preamble
- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 14(7) Akta Akauntan 1967, Menteri, selepas meminta nasihat Institut, membuat perintah yang berikut:
Seksyen 2
(a)
Akta Akauntan 1967 adalah dipinda dalam Bahagian 1 Jadual Pertama dengan menggantikan noktah di akhir perenggan (g) dengan koma bertitik dan perkataan "or"; dan
(b)
dengan memasukkan selepas perenggan (g) perenggan yang berikut:
"(h) the final examination of Universiti Islam Antarabangsa for the Degree of Bachelor of Accounting (Honours) or, in the national language, 'peperiksaan akhir Universiti Islam Antarabangsa untuk Ijazah Sarjana Muda Perakaunan (Kepujian)'."

ACCOUNTANTS (AMENDMENT) ORDER 1995
Opening note
Preamble
- In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 14(7) of the Accountants Act 1967, the Minister, after seeking the advice of the Institute, makes the following order:
Seksyen 1
This order may be cited as the Accountants (Amendment) Order 1995 and shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st April 1991.
Seksyen 2
(a)
the Accountants Act 1967 is amended in Part 1 of the First Amendme of First Schedule by substituting for the full-stop at the end of paragraph (g) a semicolon and the word "or"; and
(b)
by inserting after paragraph (g) the following paragraph:
“(h) the final examination of Universiti Islam Antarabangsa for the Degree of Bachelor of Accounting (Honours) or, in the national language, 'peperiksaan akhir Universiti Islam Antarabangsa untuk Ijazah Sarjana Muda Perakaunan (Kepujian)'."
