PADA menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberi oleh seksyen 14 (7) Akta Akauntan 1967, Menteri, selepas meminta nasihat Institut Akta 94. Akauntan Malaysia, membuat perintah yang berikut: Amendment of regulations 8, 9, 12, 15, and 17.

Seksyen 1

Perintah ini bolehlah dinamakan Perintah Akauntan (Pindaan Jadual Pertama) 1986 dan hendaklah disifatkan sebagai telah mula berkuatkuasa pada 23hb Ogos 1974.

Akta Akauntan 1967 adalah dipinda dengan menggantikan Bahagian I Jadual Pertama dengan Bahagian I yang berikut:

The final examination of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants or, in the national language, 'peperiksaan akhir Institut Akauntan Malaysia'.".

ACCOUNTANTS (AMENDMENT OF FIRST SCHEDULE) ORDER 1986

Opening note

Preamble

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 14 (7) of the Accountants Act 1967, the Minister, after seeking the advice of Act 94. the Malaysian Institute of Accountants, makes the following order:

Seksyen 1

This Order may be cited as the Accountants (Amendment of First Schedule) Order 1986 and shall be deemed to have come into force on the 23rd August 1974.

Seksyen 2

The Accountants Act 1967 is amended by substituting for Part I of the First Schedule the following Part I:

The final examination of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants or, in the national language, 'peperiksaan akhir Institut Akauntan Malaysia'.".

Made the 7th February 1986.
