PADA menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberi oleh seksyen 12 (2) Akta Pergigian 1971, Menteri selepas berunding dengan Majlis Pergigian Malaysia, membuat perintah yang berikut:

Seksyen 1

Perintah ini bolehlah dinamakan Perintah Akta Pergigian (Pindaan bagi Jadual Kedua) 1983.

Seksyen 2

Jadual Kedua kepada Akta Pergigian 1971 adalah dipinda dengan memasukkan di tempat-tempat yang berkenaan negerinegeri, yayasan-yayasan dan kelulusan-kelulusan yang berikut:

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 (2) of the Dental Act 1971, the Minister after consulting the Malaysian Act 51. Dental Council makes the following order:

Seksyen 1

This Order may be cited as the Dental Act (Amendment of Citation. Second Schedule) Order 1983.

Seksyen 2

The Second Schedule to the Dental Act 1971 is amended by inserting in the appropriate places the following countries, institutions and qualifications: Amendment of Second Schedule.
