PADA menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberi oleh seksyen 12 (2) Akta Akta 51. Pergigian 1971, Menteri selepas berunding dengan Majlis Pergigian Malaysia membuat Perintah yang berikut:

Seksyen 1

Perintah ini bolehlah dinamakan Perintah Akta Pergigian (Pindaan Nama. bagi Jadual Kedua) (No. 2) 1979.

Seksyen 2

Jadual Kedua kepada Akta Pergigian 1971 adalah dipinda dengan memasukkan di tempat-tempat yang berkenaan negeri-negeri, yayasan-yayasan dan kelulusan-kelulusan yang berikut:

DENTAL ACT (AMENDMENT OF SECOND SCHEDULE) (No.2) ORDER 1979

Preamble

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 (2) of the Dental Act Act 51. 1971, the Minister after consulting the Malaysian Dental Council makes the following Order:

Seksyen 1

This Order may be cited as the Dental Act (Amendment of Second Citation Schedule) (No. 2) Order 1979.

Seksyen 2

The Second Schedule to the Dental Act 1971 is amended by inserting in the appropriate places the following countries, institutions and qualifications:
