Preamble
- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 80 (2) of the Stamp Act 1949, the Minister makes the following order: Citation.
Seksyen 2
Eighty per centum of the stamp duty chargeable on the instrument of agreement for a loan of $60,000,000.00 (Ringgit: Sixty Million Only) executed by the Johore Port Authority with the Government of Malaysia on the 23rd August 1991 is remitted.

Preamble
- PADA menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 11 Akta Audit 1957, Yang di-Pertuan Agong membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama.
Seksyen 1
Perintah ini bolehlah dinamakan Perintah Audit (Pindaan Jadual Pertama) 1992.
Pindaan pertama.
Seksyen 2
(1)
Jadual Pertama kepada Akta Audit 1957 adalah dipinda dengan menggantikan perkataan "lima ribu lima ratus lapan puluh enam ringgit" dengan perkataan "lima ribu tujuh ratus empat puluh lima ringgit enam puluh sen".
(2)
Subperenggan (1) hendaklah disifatkan telah mula berkuatkuasa pada 1hb Januari 1989.
Seksyen 3
(1)
Jadual Pertama kepada Akta Audit 1957, sebagaimana yang dipinda dalam perenggan 2, adalah dipinda dengan menggantikan perkataan "lima ribu tujuh ratus empat puluh lima ringgit enam puluh sen" dengan perkataan "lapan ribu lima ratus dua puluh ringgit".

Subperenggan (1) hendaklah disifatkan telah mula berkuatkuasa pada 1hb Januari 1992.

AUDIT (AMENDMENT OF FIRST SCHEDULE) ORDER 1992

Preamble
- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 11 of the Audit Act Act 62. 1957, the Yang di-Pertuan Agong makes the following order:
Seksyen 1
This Order may be cited as the Audit (Amendment of First Citation. Schedule) Order 1992.
Seksyen 3
(1)
The First Schedule to the Audit Act 1957, as amended in paragraph 2, is amended by substituting for the words "five thousand seven hundred and forty five ringgit and sixty sen" the words "eight thousand five hundred and twenty ringgit".
Seksyen 2
(1)
The First Schedule to the Audit Act 1957 is amended by substituting for the words "five thousand five hundred and eighty six ringgit" the words "five thousand seven hundred and forty five ringgit and sixty sen".
(2)
Subparagraph (1) shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st January 1989.
