PADA menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberi oleh seksyen 11 Akta Akta 62. Audit 1957, Yang di-Pertuan Agong membuat perintah yang berikut:

Seksyen 1

Perintah ini bolehlah dinamakan Perintah Audit (Pindaan Jadual Pertama) 1991 dan hendaklah disifatkan telah mula berkuatkuasa pada 1hb Januari 1991.

Seksyen 2

Jadual Pertama Akta Audit 1957 adalah dipinda dengan menggantikan perkataan-perkataan "tiga ratus dua puluh" yang terdapat dalam subperenggan (1) dan (2) perenggan 1 dengan perkataan-perkataan "lima ratus lapan puluh enam".

AUDIT (AMENDMENT OF FIRST SCHEDULE) ORDER 1991

Opening note

Preamble

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 11 of the Audit Act 1957, the Yang di-Pertuan Agong makes the following order:

Seksyen 1

This Order may be cited as the Audit (Amendment of First Schedule) Order 1991 and shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st January 1991.

Seksyen 2

The First Schedule to the Audit Act 1957 is amended by substituting for the words "three hundred and twenty" appearing in subparagraphs (1) and (2) of paragraph 1 the words "five hundred and eighty six".
