Preamble
- PADA menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberi oleh seksyen 12 dan 29 Akta Bantuan Guaman, 1971 Peguam Negara dengan ini membuat perintah berikut:
Seksyen 2
Jadual Ketiga kepada Akta Bantuan Guaman, 1971 adalah dengan ini dipinda dengan memasokkan ke dalamnya butiran baharu yang berikut:
"5. Hak-hak dan tanggongan-tanggongan di bawah Ordinan Pampasan Pekerja, 1952.
Seksyen 6
Hak-hak dan tanggongan-tanggongan di bawah Akta Penanam Padi (Mengawal Sewa dan Menjamin Pemegangan), 1967.".
Seksyen 3
Jadual Keempat kepada Akta Bantuan Guaman. 1971 adalah dengan ini dipinda dengan—

menomborkan semula butiran 3 dan 4 masing-masing sebagai butiran 1 dan 2.

Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by sections 12 and 29 of the Legal Act 26. Aid Act, 1971 the Attorney General hereby makes the following order:
Seksyen 1
This order may be cited as the Legal Aid (Amendment) Order, Citation. 1972.
Seksyen 2
The Third Schedule to the Legal Aid Act, 1971 is hereby amended by inserting therein the following new items:
"5. Rights and liabilities under the Workmen's Compensation Ordinance, 1952.
Seksyen 6
Rights and liabilities under the Padi Cultivators (Control of Rent and Security of Tenure) Act, 1967.".
Seksyen 3
The Fourth Schedule to the Legal Aid Act, 1971 is hereby amended by—
(b)
renumbering items 3 and 4 as 1 and 2 respectively.
