- PADA menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberi oleh seksyen 12 dan 29 Akta Bantuan Guaman, 1971, Peguam Negara dengan ini membuat perintah berikut:
Seksyen 2
Jadual Ketiga kepada Akta Bantuan Guaman, 1971 adalah dengan ini dipinda dengan memasukkan ke dalamnya butiran baharu yang berikut—
"8. Hak-hak dan tanggungan mengenai tindakan-tindakan civil bagi gantirosak yang timbul daripada kemalangan yang melibatkan kereta-kereta motor yang termasuk dalam makna Ordinan Lalulintas Jalan, 1958.
Seksyen 9
Hak-hak dan tanggungan-tanggungan di bawah Ordinan Pemberipinjam Wang, 1951.".
Seksyen 3
Jadual Keempat kepada Akta Bantuan Guaman, 1971 adalah dengan ini dipinda dengan—
(c)
memasukkan selepas sahaja butiran 1 butiran baharu yang berikut---
"2. Hak-hak dan tanggungan mengenai pembicaraan berhubung dengan penyewaan.
Seksyen 3
Hak-hak dan tanggungan di bawah Akta Sewa-beli, 1967.".
Diperbuat pada 7 haribulan Februari, 1975.

Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 12 and 29 of the Legal Aid Act, 1971, the Attorney General hereby makes the following order:
Seksyen 1
This order may be cited as the Legal Aid (Amendment) Order, 1975, and shall come into force on 1st March, 1975.
Seksyen 2
The Third Schedule to the Legal Aid Act, 1971 is hereby amended by inserting therein the following new items-
"8. Rights and liabilities in respect of civil action for damages arising out of accidents involving motor vehicles within the meaning of the Road Traffic Ordinance, 1958.
Seksyen 9
Rights and liabilities under the Moneylenders Ordinance, 1951.".
Seksyen 3
The Fourth Schedule to the Legal Aid Act, 1971 is hereby amended by—
(c)
inserting immediately after item 1 therein the following new items—
"2. Rights and liabilities in respect of proceedings relating to tenancy.
Seksyen 3
Rights and liabilities under the Hire Purchase Act, 1967.".
