Preamble
- PADA menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberi oleh seksyen 10, 12 dan 29 Akta Bantuan Guaman 1971, Peguam Negara membuat Akta 26. Perintah yang berikut:
Seksyen 2
Jadual Kedua kepada Akta Bantuan Guaman 1971 adalah Pindaan dipinda dengan menambah selepas sahaja butiran 1 di dalamnya butiran-butiran baharu 2 dan 3:
"2. Pembicaraan jenayah di bawah Ordinan Kanak-kanak dan Orang Muda 1947.
Seksyen 3
Jadual Ketiga kepada Akta Bantuan Guaman 1971 adalah dipinda dengan menambah selepas sahaja butiran 9 di dalamnya butiran 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 dan 15 baharu yang berikut:
"10. Hak-hak dan tanggungan-tanggungan mengenai pembicaraan perceraian dan jagaan.
Seksyen 11
Hak-hak dan tanggungan-tanggungan mengenai pembicaraan berhubungan dengan tenansi.
Seksyen 12
Hak-hak dan tanggungan-tanggungan di bawah Akta Sewa-Beli 1967.
Seksyen 13
Permohonan Probet dan Surat Mentadbir Pusaka.
Seksyen 14
Hak-hak dan tanggungan-tanggungan di bawah Ordinan Pengambilan Anak Angkat 1952.
Seksyen 15
Tuntutan-tuntutan pengguna.".

Jadual Keempat kepada Akta Bantuan Guaman 1971 adalah dipinda dengan menggantikannya dengan yang berikut:
"Nasihat Guaman atas segala perkara.".

Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by sections 10, 12 and 29 of the Legal Aid Act 1971, the Attorney-General makes the following Order:
Seksyen 1
This Order may be cited as the Legal Aid (Amendment) Order 1982 and shall come into force on the 1st February 1982.
Seksyen 2
The Second Schedule to the Legal Aid Act 1971 is amended by adding immediately after item 1 therein the following new items 2 and 3:

Criminal proceedings under the Children and Young Persons Ordinance 1947.
Seksyen 3
Criminal proceedings under the Minor Offences Ordinance 1955.7
Seksyen 3
The Third Schedule to the Legal Aid Act 1971 is amended by adding immediately after item 9 therein the following new items 10,11,12,13,14 and 15:
Seksyen 10
Rights and liabilities in respect of proceedings for divorce and custody.
Seksyen 11
Rights and liabilities in respect of proceedings relating to tenancy.
Seksyen 12
Right and liabilities under the Hire Purchase Act 1967.
Seksyen 13
Applications for Probate and Letters of Administration.
Seksyen 14
Rights and liabilities under the Adoption Ordinance 1952.
Seksyen 15
Consumer claims.
Seksyen 4
The Fourth Schedule to the Legal Aid Act 1971 is amended by substituting the following therefor:
Legal Advice on all matters."
