Section 2

The Schedule 6 to the Income Tax Act, 1967, is hereby amended by inserting after paragraph 1 of Part I thereof, the following new paragraph 1A—

"1A. The official emoluments of the Consort of a Ruler of a State having the title of Raja Perempuan, Sultanah or Tengku Ampuan."
