Preamble

PADA menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberi oleh seksyen 45A Ordinan 30/52. Dadah Berbahaya, 1952, Menteri membuat perintah yang berikut:

Seksyen 1

Perintah ini bolehlah dinamakan Perintah Dadah Berbahaya, 1974. Nama.

Seksyen 2

Bahagian III Jadual Pertama kepada Ordinan itu adalah dipinda dengan—

(a)

memasukkan butiran "Drotebanol" selepas sahaja butiran "Dipipanone"; dan

(b)

memotong butiran "Nicodicodine".

Seksyen 3

Bahagian IV Jadual Pertama kepada Ordinan itu adalah dipinda dengan memasukkan butiran "Nicodicodine" selepas sahaja butiran "Nicocodine".

Seksyen 4

Bahagian V Jadual Pertama kepada Ordinan itu adalah dipinda dengan—

(a)

memasukkan butiran "Nicodicodine" selepas sahaja butiran "Ethylmorphine" dalam perenggan 1; dan

(b)

menggantikan perenggan 3 dengan yang berikut—

"3. Preparations of diphenoxylate containing, per dosage unit, not more than 2.5. milligrammes of diphenoxylate calculated as base and a quantity of atropine sulphate equivalent to at least 1 per cent of the dose of diphenoxylate."

DANGEROUS DRUGS ORDINANCE, 1952

Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 45A of the Dangerous 30/52. Drugs Ordinance, 1952, the Minister makes the following order:

Seksyen 1

This order may be cited as the Dangerous Drugs Order, 1974.

Seksyen 2

Part III of the First Schedule to the Ordinance is amended by (a) inserting the item "Drotebanol" immediately after the item "Dipipanone"; and

(b)

deleting the item "Nicodicodine".

Seksyen 3

Part IV of the First Schedule to the Ordinance is amended by inserting the item "Nicodicodine" immediately after the item "Nicocodine".

Citation.

Seksyen 4

Part V of the First Schedule to the Ordinance is amended by—

(a)

inserting the item "Nicodicodine" immediately after the item "Ethylmorphine" in paragraph 1; and

(b)

substituting for paragraph 3 the following—
