PADA menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberi oleh seksyen 45A Ordinan 30/52. Dadah Berbahaya 1952, Menteri membuat perintah yang berikut:

Seksyen 1

Perintah ini bolehlah dinamakan Perintah Dadah Berbahaya 1976. Nama.

Seksyen 2

Bahagian III Jadual Pertama kepada Ordinan itu adalah dipinda dengan—

(a)

memasukkan butiran "Betameprodine" selepas sahaja butiran "Betacetylmethadol";

(b)

memasukkan butiran "Bezitramide" selepas sahaja butiran "Betaprodine"; dan

(c)

memasukkan butiran "Hydromorphone" selepas sahaja butiran "Hydromorphinol".

Seksyen 3

Bahagian IV Jadual Pertama kepada Ordinan itu adalah dipinda dengan memasukkan butiran "Propiram" selepas sahaja butiran "Pholcodine".

Diperbuat pada 20 haribulan September 1976.

Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 45A of the Dangerous Drugs Ordinance 1952, the Minister makes the following order:

Seksyen 1

This order may be cited as the Dangerous Drugs Order 1976.

(b)

inserting the item "Bezitramide" immediately after the item "Betaprodine"; and

(a)

inserting the item "Betameprodine" immediately after the item "Betacetylmethadol";

Seksyen 2

Part III of the First Schedule to the Ordinance is amended by—

(c)

inserting the item "Hydromorphone" immediately after the item "Hydromorphinol".

Seksyen 3

Part IV of the First Schedule to the Ordinance is amended by inserting the item "Propiram" immediately after the item "Pholcodine".
