Preamble
- PADA menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberi oleh seksyen 45 dan perenggan 7 Jadual Kedua kepada Akta Insurans 1963, Menteri Akta 89. membuat peraturan-peraturan yang berikut:

Institusi-institusi kewangan yang disebut dalam Jadual di bawah hendaklah menjadi institusi. kewangan yang ditetapkan bagi maksud perenggan 7 Jadual Kedua kepada Akta ini.
