PADA menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberi oleh seksyen 45A Ordinan Dadah Berbahaya, 1952, Menteri membuat perintah yang berikut:

Seksyen 1

Perintah ini bolehlah dinamakan Perintah Dadah Berbahaya (No.2), 1974.

Seksyen 2

Bahagian III Jadual Pertama kepada Ordinan itu adalah dipinda dengan—

(a)

memasukkan butiran "Methaqualone" selepas sahaja butiran "Methadone-Intermediate"; dan

(b)

memasukkan butiran "Difenoxin" selepas sahaja butiran "Diethylthiambutene".

Seksyen 3

Bahagian V Jadual Pertama kepada Ordinan itu adalah dipinda dengan memasukkan, selepas sahaja perenggan 4, perenggan baharu 4A yang berikut—

"4A. Preparations of difenoxin containing, per dosage unit, not more than 0.5 milligrammes of difenoxin and a quantity of atropine sulphate equivalent to at least 5 per cent of the dose of difenoxin."

Opening note

Preamble

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 45A of the Dangerous Drugs Ordinance, 1952, the Minister makes the following order:

Seksyen 1

This order may be cited as the Dangerous Drugs Order (No. 2), 1974.

Seksyen 2

Part III of the First Schedule to the Ordinance is amended by—

(a)

inserting the item "Methaqualone" immediately after the item "Methadone-Intermediate"; and

(b)

inserting the item "Difenoxin" immediately after the item "Diethylthiambutene".

Seksyen 3

Part V of the First Schedule to the Ordinance is amended by inserting, immediately after paragraph 4, the following new paragraph 4A—
