PADA menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberi oleh seksyen 45A Akta Dadah Berbahaya 1952, Menteri membuat Perintah yang berikut: Akta 234.

Perintah ini bolehlah dinamakan Perintah Dadah Berbahaya (Pindaan) 1981.

Bahagian III Jadual Pertama kepada Akta itu adalah dipinda dengan—

(a)

memasukkan butiran "DET, N, N-diethyltryptamine" selepas sahaja butiran "Desomorphine";

(b)

memasukkan butiran-butiran "DMHP, 3-(1,2-dimethylheptyl)-1-hydroxy-7,8,9,10-tetrahydro-6,6,9-trimethyl-6H-dibenzo [b,d] pyran" dan "DMT, N, N-dimethyltryptamine" selepas sahaja butiran "Dipipanone";

(c)

memasukkan butiran "Flunitrazepam" selepas sahaja butiran "Fentanyl";

(d)

memasukkan butiran-butiran " (+)-Lysergide, (+)-N, N-diethyllysergamide (d-lysergic acid diethylamide)" dan "Mescaline, 3,4,5-trimethoxyphenethylamine" selepas sahaja butiran "Levorphanol";

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 45A of Dangerous Drugs Act 1952, the Minister makes the following Order:

Seksyen 1

This Order may be cited as the Dangerous Drugs (Amendment) Order 1981.

Seksyen 2

Part III of the First Schedule to the Act is amended by (a) inserting the item "DET, N, N-diethyltryptamine" immediately after the item "Desomorphine";
