PADA menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberi oleh seksyen 45A Akta Dadah Berbahaya 1952, Menteri membuat perintah yang berikut:

Seksyen 1

Perintah ini bolehlah dinamakan Perintah Dadah Berbahaya (Pindaan) 1984.

(b)

memasukkan butiran "Eticyclidine, N-ethyl-l-phenylcyclohexylamine" selepas sahaja butiran "Ethylmethylthiambutene";

Seksyen 2

Bahagian III Jadual Pertama kepada Akta ini adalah dipinda dengan—

(a)

memasukkan butiran "Alfcitanil" selepas sahaja butiran "Acetylmethadol";

(c)

memasukkan butiran "Rolicyclidine, l-(l-Phenylcyclohexyl) pyrrolidine" selepas sahaja butiran "Racemorphan"; dan

(d)

memasukkan butiran "Tenocyclidine, 1-[1-(2-thienyl) cyclohexyl] piperidine" selepas sahaja butiran "Sufentanil".

DANGEROUS DRUGS (AMENDMENT) ORDER 1984

Opening note

Preamble

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 45A of the Dangerous Act 234. Drugs Act 1952, the Minister makes the following order:

Seksyen 1

This Order may be cited as the Dangerous Drugs (Amendment) Citation. Order 1984.

Seksyen 2

Part III of the First Schedule to the Act is amended by (a) inserting the item "Alfentanil" immediately after the item "Acetylmethadol";

(b)

inserting the item "Eticyclidine, N-ethyl-l-phenylcyclohexylamine" immediately after the item "Ethylmethylthiambutene";

(c)

inserting the item "Rolicyclidine, l-(l-phenylcyclohexyl) pyrrolidine" immediately after the item "Racemorphan"; and

(d)

inserting the item "Tenocyclidine, 1-[1-(2-thienyl) cyclohexyl] piperidine" immediately after the item "Sufentanil".
