PADA menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberi oleh seksyen 45A Akta Dadah Berbahaya 1952, Menteri membuat perintah yang berikut:

Seksyen 1

Perintah ini bolehlah dinamakan Perintah Dadah Berbahaya (Pindaan) 1988.

Seksyen 2

Bahagian III Jadual Pertama kepada Akta adalah dipinda—

(a)

dengan memasukkan butiran "Acetyl-alphamethylfentanyl" selepas sahaja butiran "Acetorphine";

(b)

dengan memasukkan butiran "Alpha-methylfentanyl" selepas sahaja butiran "Alphamethadol";

(c)

dengan memasukkan butiran-butiran "3-methylfentanyl" dan "1-methyl-4-phenyl-4-piperidinol propionate (MPPP)" selepas sahaja butiran "3, 4- Methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA); dan

(d)

dengan memasukkan butiran "1-phenethyl-4-phenyl-4-piperidinol acetate (PEPAP)" selepas sahaja butiran "Phenazocine".

DANGEROUS DRUGS (AMENDMENT) ORDER 1988

Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 45A of the Dangerous Drugs Act 1952, the Minister makes the following order:

Seksyen 1

This Order may be cited as the Dangerous Drugs (Amendment) Order 1988.

Seksyen 2

Part III of the First Schedule to the Act is amended—

(a)

by inserting the item "Acetyl-alpha-methylfentanyl" immediately after the item "Acetorphine";

(b)

by inserting the item "Alpha-methylfentanyl" immediately after the item "Alphamethadol";

(c)

by inserting the items "3-methylfentanyl" and "1-methyl 4-phenyl-4-piperidinol propionate (MPPP)" immediately after the item "3, 4-Methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA)"; and

(d)

by inserting the item "1-phenethyl-4-phenyl-4-piperidinol acetate (PEPAP)" immediately after the item "Phenazocine".
