- PADA menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberi oleh seksyen 45A Akta Akta 234. Dadah Berbahaya 1952, Menteri membuat perintah yang berikut:
Seksyen 2
Bahagian III Jadual Pertama kepada Akta adalah dipinda—
(a)
dengan memasukkan butiran "Alpha-methylthiofentanyl" selepas sahaja butiran "Alpha-methylfentanyl";
(b)
dengan memasukkan butiran-butiran "Beta-hydroxyfentanyl" dan "Beta-hydroxy-3-methylfentanyl" selepas sahaja butiran "Betacetylmethadol";
(d)
dengan memasukkan butiran "4-methylaminorex" selepas sahaja butiran "5-methoxy-3, 4-methylenedioxyamphetamine (MMDA)";
(e)
dengan memasukkan butiran "3-methylthiofentanyl" selepas sahaja butiran "1-methyl-4-phenyl-4-piperidinol propionate (MPPP)";
(f)
dengan memasukkan butiran-butiran "N-ethyl MDA" dan "N-hydroxy MDA" selepas sahaja butiran "Myrophine";
(g)
dengan memasukkan butiran "Para-fluorofentanyl" selepas sahaja butiran "Oxymorphone"; dan
(h)
dengan memasukkan butiran "Thiofentanyl" selepas sahaja butiran "Thebaine".

DANGEROUS DRUGS (AMENDMENT) ORDER 1991
Opening note
Preamble
- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 45A of the Dangerous Drugs Act 1952, the Minister makes the following order:
Seksyen 1
This Order may be cited as the Dangerous Drugs (Amendment) Order 1991.
Seksyen 2
Part III of the First Schedule to the Act is amended—
(a)
by inserting the item "Alpha-methylthiofentanyl" immediately after the item "Alpha-methylfentanyl";
(b)
by inserting the items "Beta-hydroxyfentanyl" and "Betahydroxy-3-methylfentanyl" immediately after the item "Betacetylme-thadol";
(d)
by inserting the item "4-methylaminorex" immediately after the item "5-methoxy-3, 4-methylenedioxyamphetamine (MMDA)";
(e)
by inserting the item "3-methylthiofentanyl" immediately after the item "1-methyl-4-phenyl-4-piperidinol propionate (MPPP)";
(f)
by inserting the items "N-ethyl MDA" and "N-hydroxy MDA" immediately after the item "Myrophine";
(g)
by inserting the item "Para-fluorofentanyl" immediately after the item "Oxymorphone"; and
(h)
by inserting the item "Thiofentanyl" immediately after the item "Thebaine".
