- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan olch seksyen 45A Akta Akta 234. Dadah Berbahaya 1952, Menteri membuat perintah yang berikut:

Bahagian III Jadual Pertama kepada Akta adalah dipinda—
(b)
dengan memasukkan selepas butiran "Methadone-Intermediate" butiran "Methamphctamine".

Preamble
- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 45A of the Dangerous Act 234. Drugs Act 1952, the Minister makes the following order:
Seksyen 1
This order may be cited as the Dangerous Drugs (Amendment) Citation Order 1997.
Seksyen 2
Part III of the First Schedule to the Act is amended—
(b)
by inserting after the item "Methadone-Intermediate" the item "Methamphctamine".
