DANGEROUS DRUGS (AMENDMENT) ORDER 1997

Opening note

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 45A of the Dangerous Act 234. Drugs Act 1952, the Minister makes the following order:

This order may be cited as the Dangerous Drugs (Amendment) Citation Order 1997.

Part III of the First Schedule to the Act is amended—

by inserting after the item "Alphaprodine" the item "Amphetamine"; and

by inserting after the item "Methadone-Intermediate" the item "Methamphctamine".
