PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 45A Akta Dadah Berbahaya 1952 [Akta 234], Menteri membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama

Seksyen 1

Perintah ini bolehlah dinamakan Perintah Dadah Berbahaya (Pindaan) 1999.

Pindaan Jadual Pertama

Seksyen 2

Bahagian III Jadual Pertama kepada Akta dipinda dengan memasukkan—

(a)

selepas butiran "Difenoxin" butiran "Dihydroetorphine";

(b)

selepas butiran "Etoxeridine" butiran "Etryptamine";

(c)

selepas butiran "Methamphetamine" butiran "Methcathinone"; dan

(d)

selepas butiran "Racemorphan" butiran "Remifentanil".

Preamble

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 45A of the Dangerous Drugs Act 1952 [Act 234], the Minister makes the following order: Citation

Seksyen 1

This order may be cited as the Dangerous Drugs (Amendment) Order 1999.

Amendment of First Schedule

Seksyen 2

Part III of the First Schedule to the Act is amended by inserting—

(a)

after the item "Difenoxin" the item "Dihydroetorphine";

(b)

after the item "Etoxeridine" the item "Etryptamine";

(c)

after the item "Methamphetamine" the item "Methcathinone"; and

(d)

after the item "Racemorphan" the item "Remifentanil".
