- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 45A Akta Dadah Berbahaya 1952 [Akta 234], Menteri membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama

Jadual Pertama kepada Akta Dadah Berbahaya 1952 dipinda dalam
Bahagian III
Bahagian III—
(a)
dengan memasukkan selepas butiran “Acetylmethadol” butiran yang berikut:
“Acryloylfentanyl”;
(b)
dengan memasukkan selepas butiran “2-amino-1-(2, 5-dimethoxy-4-
methyl) phenylpropane” butiran yang berikut:
“N-[(2S)-1-Amino-3-methyl-1-oxobutan-2yl]-1(cyclohexylmethyl)
-1H-indazole-3-carboxamide (AB-CHMINACA)
N-[(2S)-1-Amino-3-methyl-1-oxobutan-2-yl]-1-pentyl-1H-indazole-3-carboxamide (AB-PINACA)”;
(c)
dengan memasukkan selepas butiran “2-(4-bromo-2,
5-dimethoxyphenyl)-N-(2-methoxybenzyl) ethanamine (25B-NBOMe)”
butiran yang berikut:
“Carfentanil”;

dengan memasukkan selepas butiran “Psilocybine,
3-(2-dimethylaminoethyl)-indol-4-yl dihydrogen phosphate” butiran yang berikut:
“Quinolin-8-yl 1-(5-fluoropentyl)-1H-indole-3-carboxylate

DANGEROUS DRUGS (AMENDMENT OF FIRST SCHEDULE) ORDER 2019

Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 45A of the Dangerous Drugs Act 1952 [Act 234], the Minister makes the following order: Citation
Seksyen 1
This order may be cited as the Dangerous Drugs (Amendment of
First Schedule) Order 2019.
Seksyen 2
Amendment of First Schedule
The First Schedule to the Dangerous Drugs Act 1952 is amended in Part III—
(b)
by inserting after the item “2-amino-1-(2, 5-dimethoxy-4-
methyl) phenylpropane” the following items:
“N-[(2S)-1-Amino-3-methyl-1-oxobutan-2yl]-1(cyclohexylmethyl)
-1H-indazole-3-carboxamide (AB-CHMINACA)
N-[(2S)-1-Amino-3-methyl-1-oxobutan-2-yl]-1-pentyl-
1H-indazole-3-carboxamide (AB-PINACA)”;
(c)
by inserting after the item “2-(4-bromo-2,5-dimethoxyphenyl)-N-
(2-methoxybenzyl) ethanamine (25B-NBOMe)” the following item:
“Carfentanil”;
