Pada menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen kecil (1) kepada seksyen 42, Ordinan Binatang 1953, maka saya Menteri Besar Negeri Kedah Darul Aman dengan ini mengeluarkan perintah yang berikut: WARTA KERAJAAN NEGERI KEDAH DARUL AMAN 19 Jun 2003] 281 1. Perintah ini bolehlah dinamakan Perintah Suntikan mencegah Penyakit Anjing Gila, Negeri Kedah Darul Aman Tahun 2003 dan hendaklah mula berkuatkuasa pada 11 Januari 2003.

Semua anjing-anjing yang berumur tiga bulan dan lebih di dalam daerah-daerah Kubang Pasu, Padang Terap, Kota Setar, Pokok Sena,

Pendang, Baling dan Sik, hendaklah diserahkan bagi suntikan pencegah penyakit Anjing Gila (Rabies) pada masa dan tempat-tempat yang ditetapkan oleh Pengarah Perkhidmatan Haiwan, Negeri Kedah Darul

Aman.

  1. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 42 of Animals Ordinance 1953, The Menteri Besar Kedah Darul Aman hereby makes the following order:

This order may be cited as Anti-Rabies Vaccination (Kedah Darul

Aman) 2003 and shall come into force on 11 January 2003.

Seksyen 2

Suggest a fix

All dogs aged three months and above within the district of Kubang

Pasu, Padang Terap, Kota Setar, Pokok Sena, Pendang, Baling and Sik shall be submitted for Anti Rabies Vaccination at such time and place as may be specified by The Director of Veterinary Services, Kedah Darul

Aman.
