PERINTAH DI BAWAH SEKSYEN 42(1)

ORDER UNDER SECTION 42(1)

Opening note

Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberi oleh seksyen 42(1) Ordinan Binatang 1953, maka inilah Menteri Besar Perlis mengeluarkan perintah seperti berikut:

(i)

Perintah ini bolehlah dinamakan Perintah Suntikan Pencegahan Penyakit

Anjing Gila Negeri Perlis tahun 2001 dan hendaklah mula berkuatkuasa pada 1 Februari 2001.

(ii)

Sekalian anjing-anjing yang berumur tiga (3) bulan dan lebih di dalam Negeri

Perlis hendaklah diserahkan bagi menerima suntikan pencegahan penyakit anjing gila pada sekian masa dan tempat sepertimana yang ditetapkan oleh

Pengarah Perkhidmatan Haiwan Negeri Perlis.

Preamble

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 42(1) of the Animal Ordinance 1953, the Menteri Besar of Perlis hereby makes the following orders:

(i)

This order may be cited as the Anti-Rabies Vaccination (Perlis) Order 2001

and shall come into force on the 1st February 2001.

WARTA KERAJAAN NEGERI PERLIS

[1 Mac 2001

(ii)

All dogs aged three (3) months and above, within the State of Perlis shall be submitted for Anti-Rabies Vaccination at such times and places as may be specified by the State Director of Veterinary Services, Perlis.
