- PADA menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberi oleh seksyen 12 (3) Akta Doktor Veterinar 1974, Menteri selepas berunding dengan Majlis Veterinar Malaysia, membuat Perintah yang berikut:

Bahagian II dalam Jadual Kedua kepada Akta Doktor Veterinar 1974 adalah dipinda dengan memasukkan dalam ruang kedua dan ketiga yang berkenaan selepas institusi "University of Agricultural Science, Bangalore" dan kelulusan berkaitan yang terdapat di bawah negeri "India", institusi-institusi dan kelulusankelulusan berkaitan yang berikut:
"India ... Jawaharlal Nehru Krishi Vishwa Vidyalaya Jabalpur
Bachelor of Veterinary
Science and Animal
Husbandry
Assam Agricultural University
Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry".

VETERINARY SURGEONS (AMENDMENT OF SECOND SCHEDULE) ORDER 1980
Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 (3) of the Veterinary Surgeons Act 1974, the Minister, after consulting the Malaysian Veterinary Council, makes the following Order:
Seksyen 1
This Order may be cited as the Veterinary Surgeons (Amendment of Second Schedule) Order 1980 and shall be deemed to have come into force on the 2nd May 1980.
Seksyen 2
Part II of the Second Schedule to the Veterinary Surgeons Act 1974 is amended by inserting appropriately in the second and third columns after the institution "University of Agricultural Science, Bangalore" and the related qualification appearing under the country "India", the following, institutions and related qualifications:
"India ... Jawaharlal Nehru Krishi Vishwa Vidyalaya Jabalpur
Bachelor of Veterinary
Science and Animal
Husbandry
Assam Agricultural University
Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry".
