VETERINARY SURGEONS ACT 1974

VETERINARY SURGEONS (AMENDMENT OF SECOND SCHEDULE) ORDER 2011

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 12(3) of the Veterinary Surgeons

Act 1974 [Act 147], the Minister, after consulting the Council, makes the following order:

Citation 1.

This order may be cited as the Veterinary Surgeons (Amendment of Second

Schedule) Order 2011.

Amendment of Second Schedule 2.

The Second Schedule to the Veterinary Surgeons Act 1974 is amended—

(a)

in Part I—

(i)

in relation to the country “Indonesia”, by inserting after the particulars relating to it the following particulars:

“Universitas Airlangga

Doctor of Veterinary

Medicine”; and

(ii)

in relation to the country “Malaysia”, by substituting for the words

“Universiti Putra Malaysia” the words “Universiti Pertanian

Malaysia/Universiti Putra Malaysia”; and

in Part II, by inserting after the country “Pakistan” and the particulars relating to it the following particulars:
