Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 12(3) of the Veterinary Surgeons Act 1974 [Act 147], the Minister, after consulting the Council, makes the following order: Citation 1. This order may be cited as the Veterinary Surgeons (Amendment of Second Schedule) Order 2018. Amendment of Second Schedule 2. The Veterinary Surgeons Act 1974 is amended in the Second Schedule—

(a)

in Part I—

(i)

in relation to the country “Australia”, by substituting for the particulars relating to it the following particulars:
