- IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 90A(1)(a) of the Excise Act 1976 [Act 176], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This Order comes into operation on 27 March 2019.
Revocation 2.
The Excise Duties (Labuan) Order 2016 [P.U. (A) 284/2016] is revoked.
