Preamble
PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan 12(1)(b) Akta Duti Hiburan 1953 [Akta 103], Menteri membuat perintah yang berikut:

Perintah ini bolehlah dinamakan Perintah Duti Hiburan (Pengecualian)
(No. 5) 2012.
s 2Pengecualian
Tiket masuk bagi persembahan Maroon 5 World Tour – Live In Malaysia 2011
yang telah diadakan di Stadium Putra Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur pada 29 April 2011
dikecualikan daripada duti hiburan.

ENTERTAINMENTS DUTY (EXEMPTION) (NO. 5) ORDER 2012
Preamble
IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 12(1)(b) of the Entertainments Duty
Act 1953 [Act 103], the Minister makes the following order:
Citation 1.
This order may be cited as the Entertainments Duty (Exemption) (No. 5)
Order 2012.
Exemption 2.
The admission ticket for the Maroon 5 World Tour – Live In Malaysia 2011 show which was held at Stadium Putra Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur on 29 April 2011 is exempted from entertainments duty.
