Section 9

The exporter/producer will be allowed thirty (30) days, from receipt of the written determination, to provide in writing comments or additional information regarding the eligibility of the goods. If the goods are still found to be non-originating, the final written determination will be communicated to the Issuing Authority or Competent Authority within thirty (30) days from receipt of the comments/additional information from the exporter/producer.
