Any Origin Declaration made out by an exporter or signatory not included in the database or for a product not included in the database shall not be honoured by the receiving Member State.

1 The necessity of retaining this requirement is subject to review after two (2) years from the date of implementation of the ASEAN-wide Self-Certification.
