IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 155(1)(a) of the Customs Act 1967 [Act 235], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Customs Duties (Labuan) (Revocation)

Order 2019.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 27 March 2019.

Revocation 2.

The Customs Duties (Labuan) Order 2016 [P.U. (A) 286/2016] is revoked.
