- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan 163B(1)(a) Akta Kastam 1967 [Akta 235], Menteri membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa
Seksyen 2
Perintah Duti Kastam (Langkawi) 1986 [P.U. (A) 489/1986] dipinda dalam perenggan 2—
(a)
dengan menggantikan perkataan “, ikan bilis, liquor yang memabukkan, produk tembakau dan rokok” dengan perkataan “dan ikan bilis”; dan
(b)
dengan menggantikan perkataan “4” dengan perkataan “5”.

CUSTOMS DUTIES (LANGKAWI) (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2019
Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 163B(1)(a) of the Customs Act 1967 [Act 235], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 27 March 2019.
Amendment of paragraph 2 2.
The Customs Duties (Langkawi) Order 1986 [P.U. (A) 489/1986] is amended in paragraph 2—
(a)
by substituting for the words “, anchovies, intoxicating liquors, tobacco products and cigarettes” the words “and anchovies”; and
(b)
by substituting for the word “4” the word “5”.
