IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 14(1) of the Customs Act 1967 [Act 235], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement

This Order comes into operation on 18 July 2018.

Amendment of Schedule 2.

The Customs Duties (Exemption) Order 2017 [P.U. (A) 445/2017] is amended in

Part I of the Schedule, in relation to item 67, in column (2),—

(a)

by substituting for paragraph (xxiii) the following paragraph:

“(xxiii) EnQuest Petroleum Production Malaysia Ltd. (formerly known as EQ Petroleum Production Ltd.);”; and

(b)

by inserting after paragraph (xxvi) the following paragraph:

“(xxvii) SEA Hibiscus Sdn. Bhd.”.
